  2. Opportunities will be concentrated in sectors where demand shows structurally positive growth and supply remains limited. Especially residential, where the housing deficit remains one of the market's great challenges, along with other segments such as living, student housing and senior living.
  3. Technology and artificial intelligence as levers of efficiency, with the growing role of artificial intelligence as a transformation tool for the real estate sector.
